I fortunately only sat in a tanning bed a handful of times, but it was enough for me to start to see a difference in my skin after I did. Unfortunately, however, I grew up in a town where the number one thing to do during a long summer season was to be out on the lake. I hate to admit that I didn't always use sunscreen. Thankfully, though, I was pretty smart about the sun and tanning overall, and am SUPER conscious about it now.<br /><br />Thanks, by the way, for the comment. Onc...The number one on the list is a huge problem. Once I realized this way back when, I flat out stopped laying out in the sun and tanning.
